Getting Started

All of our members who are new to CrossFit are required to go through our On-Ramp program.  Our On-Ramp consists of a single introductory session.  Here you’ll learn foundational movements from the ground up in a small group setting.  This class will be set up between your and a coach when it is convenient and is included in the cost of your membership.  Please contact us when you’re ready to get started.

If you’ve had at least one year of experience at another CrossFit gym and you’re looking to join Copperhead, please contact us.

We do offer a free trial class to potential members on Saturdays.  If you’d like to try us out before getting started, this is the time to do it.

If you’re visiting from out of town we’d love to have you stop in.
Before you arrive, please contact us. Let us know where you currently workout, how long you’ve been CrossFitting and when to expect you. $15 gets you access to the gym for a single day or $50 gets you a shirt and use of the gym for three days.
