CrossFit (CF): CrossFit classes are designed to get you ready for whatever life throws at you.  These classes follow the prescription of  “constantly varied, functional movements performed at high intensity” that CrossFit is known for.  Whether you’re getting ready for Basic Training or just looking to improve your quality of life, CrossFit classes will help you reach your goals.

Weightlifting (WL): This class was created to help members increase their proficiency in the Snatch and Clean & Jerk.  During this hour we’ll take everyone through a warm-up followed by some technical drills and form correction, then we’ll finish with some strength and/or mobility work. Our Weightlifting classes are open to beginners and advanced lifters alike.  If you’re ready to take your lifting to the next level, this is the class for you.

Yoga, Mobility, and Core Conditioning (YMCC): As the name implies, this hour is a fusion of yoga and core work designed strengthen your foundation.  Mobility and core stability are some of the common limiting factors that we see in the gym.  Come in to the YMCC classes and strengthen yourself from the inside out.  This class is free for Copperhead members, $5 for Gracie Arizona members, and $10 for non-members.

Open Gym (OG): We open the gym up for you to come work on your weaknesses, improve your strengths, make up a missed WOD or just hang out.  Make sure you get approval from a coach before coming to open gym, for your safety and the safety of everyone in the gym.
