Whether it’s trying to get your first dip or going for a max set, rings or bar.  The beginning of today’s class will be set aside to work on dips.

*Large amounts of ab-mat sit-ups can cause an uncomfortable raw spot on the lower back/upper butt area.  One way to combat this is to bring an extra shirt, hoodie, towel or other bit of fabric to act as a buffer.
