The following is the CrossFit.com (aka, “mainsite”) Workout Of the Day from Feb 16th

15-12-9 reps for time of:
95/65-lb. thrusters
Pull-ups

Rest 5 minutes

12-9-6 reps for time of:
95/65-lb. thrusters
Pull-ups

Rest 5 minutes

9-6-3 reps for time of:
95/65-lb. thrusters
Pull-ups

This workout, performed as prescribed, is pretty high volume.  However, there are multiple ways to scale it.  Weights and/or movements may be substituted.  Another option would be to skip one of the couplets altogether.  This should be tough, but it shouldn’t leave you destroyed for the next week.  Discus options with a coach and scale appropriately.
