Rowling, this was scheduled for Monday but we had so much fun on the clean and jerks that we didn’t have time.  At Copperhead we do Rowling slightly different than the linked video.

-There is a time limit on each 100m round,  RX is 0:25/0:30.
-Each meter missed above or below 100 gives a score of 1.  For example, a score of 97 and 103 both equal 3.
-Your score represents the number of burpees you’ve earned.

 

**Also, open workout 15.1 will be announced today on The CrossFit Games website.  We’ll be streaming the announcement at the gym and we may go over some technical details and/or strategies.  Feel free to come in and check it out!
