Minute 1: 10 reps of handstand push-ups
Minute 2: 5 reps of power clean* at 185/125#
Minute 3: 200m run

*The power clean weight should be less than or equal to 70% of your 1rm clean.  Refer back to the 1rm clean and jerk from 2/23/15 if you’ve forgotten.
